Applicant Data (Karir Unitree Door)

This section applies specifically to candidates who register for job openings via /karir on this site. Applicant data processing is governed separately from general visitor data and subject to UU 27/2022 (Indonesian Personal Data Protection Act / PDP Law) Article 28 on transparency.

Categories of applicant data we collect

When you register and apply for a position, we collect:

Identity: full name, email, mobile / WhatsApp number, Google account (if you register via OAuth)
Curriculum vitae: education, work experience / internship, skills, languages, certificates / SKCK
Documents: KTP / national ID (required), passport-style photo (required), diplomas / certificates (optional), CV PDF (optional)
Salary expectations (optional, may be negotiable)
Psychometric assessment results: your answers, per-section scores, DISC profile, completion duration
Application history: positions applied to, stage (applied → screening → interview → offer), HR notes
Document access logs: each time HR opens your KTP / photo / documents, when, and by whom (PDP Law Article 35)

Purpose of processing

Applicant data is processed exclusively for the recruitment process — evaluating position fit, communicating selection stages, and drafting employment contracts upon hiring. It is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with other companies.

Retention periods

Your data is not stored indefinitely. Retention periods:

Biographical data (identity, education, experience, etc.): maximum 2 years from last activity.
Documents (KTP, photo, diplomas, etc.): maximum 1 year from upload.
Document access logs: maximum 3 years.
If you withdraw consent: your data is anonymized within 7 working days (active applications cancelled; application history pseudonymized for internal statistics).

Who accesses your data

Only the HR team of PT. Trijaya Sumber Semesta with a need to know for the position you applied to. No third parties receive your data, except technology providers we use as data processors: Supabase (database + authentication, AWS Singapore hosted), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Vercel (site hosting). All three are bound by data processing agreements with us and may not use your data for other purposes.

Your rights as a data subject

Per PDP Law Articles 5–9, you have the right to:

Access & portability — download your full data in JSON format (Art. 5). Available at /karir/saya/privacy.
Correct your data — edit your bio post-submission while the application stage is not yet locked (Art. 6). Available at /karir/profile/edit.
Withdraw consent — stop processing at any time (Art. 9). Available at /karir/saya/privacy. After withdrawal, your data is anonymized within 7 working days.
Track application status without login (Art. 5 transparency) — /karir/lacak using email + application number.

Note on email senders

The account-confirmation email sent upon signup comes from sakti@serat.work — this is an internal SERAT system (the network of applications operated by PT. Trijaya Sumber Semesta), not a marketing email, safe to open. Transactional emails related to your application (application confirmation, interview invitations, offer letters) are sent from admin@unitreedoor.com. Both are legitimate from us.
